Linda Crayton Griffith

Linda Crayton Griffith

Yoga Teacher

Linda’s classes are uniquely hers. She melds together three decades of yoga practice and education to include Vinyasa flow, Hatha alignment, Iyengar focus, and Kundalini movements with mindful meditation and pranayama. Her training and practice in Yoga for Healthy Aging, Trauma-informed Yoga, 720-hour certification in bodywork, and Reiki further influence her style.

Linda leads a variety of classes. Her asana-predominant classes include meditation and pranayama while spending more time building core strength, balance, and mobility through deep play, focus and work while finding a smile and some sweat. Her restorative classes are a delicious mix of restful postures, hands-on Marma touch, and guided breath work.

Erin Collins

Erin Collins

Breathwork Guide & Sound Therapist

Erin is a breathwork guide, reiki healer and sound therapist at Resonance Healing on beautiful Vashon Island. She holds group and individual sessions where those looking to heal through somatic practices can reach deep into their intuition to find their own unique medicine. Through years of training in mental health and certification as a breathwork guide, Erin comes alongside you to provide loving support as you meditate deeply through conscious connected breathwork. Her presence is gentle and supportive, guiding you to self-knowledge, empowerment, and deep healing.

Sound healing with Erin is a time to relax and allow the binaural beats created by the sounds of crystal singing bowls to guide you into a theta brain wave state, where deep healing happens.

Kate Perry

Kate Perry

Yoga Teacher

Kate grew up on a small island off the coast of Maine and found home here on Vashon. She is a certified yoga teacher focusing on the powerful union of active movement and breath to cultivate deep stillness. With a primary goal of building both inner and physical strength, Kate invites students to move mindfully, building resilience while integrating inner calm and balance into their daily lives.

Fascinated by the movement of energy, Kate is currently working through her level one Qigong certification.

Gabrielle Wildheart

Gabrielle Wildheart

Yoga Teacher & Ceremony Guide

Gabrielle Wildheart is a professional visual artist and movement teacher with a deep love for creative embodiment. She began practicing yoga as a teenager to complement her background in competitive softball and Afro-Brazilian dance. Though her days on the baseball diamond and Samba stage have passed, yoga continues to be a grounding force that weaves through all of her passions.

Gabrielle earned her RYT-200 in 2011 and has been sharing yoga ever since. Her classes blend dynamic movement with mindful awareness, drawing inspiration from dance, athletics, and the healing arts. A lifelong student of mysticism, Gabrielle’s teaching is enriched by her studies in Tantric Buddhism, Celtic Paganism, and Reiki.
