Group singing bowl 4 - week series

This 4-week series is an experiential exploration of group singing bowl meditation for those who already own a metal singing bowl and are curious to deepen their relationship with sound in community.

Rather than a formal instructional training, this series gently orients participants to their own bowl and invites shared sound practice — playing together, in pairs, and in solo offerings to the group. Each session unfolds organically, guided by listening, presence, and collective harmony.

Through vibration, rhythm, and resonance, we’ll explore how sound can quiet the mind, awaken the spirit, and support deep connection — both within and between us.
