Stillpoint

Service Description

Journey into well-being with an introductory qigong class. This ancient Chinese practice, which translates to "the cultivation of vital energy," is a form of meditative movement that combines gentle, flowing exercises, intentional breathing, and mindful awareness to improve health and find balance. The session is designed to be accessible for all, focusing on simple movements with the aim of reducing stress, improving physical function, and calming the mind. We'll move through a series of gentle warm-ups and core movements, and end with a cool-down to help you feel rooted, resilient, and in harmony. This is a free offering to the community.
